Hej,

Im applying for visas for my parents to visit me here in Sweden. As stated in the requirments, I have show proof of income or employment. I have income statement from skatteverket, is that enough for visa. One of my friend told me that you can show your bank statement and can get it from skatteverket website. Can somebody guide me here pls??

can't you just get a letter from your employer which proves your employment?

a personbevis from skatteverket shows your income from last year, i think

what about lönespecifikation which you get monthly?

I have invited my parents a couple of times and I have provided following documents.

1. Personbevis from skatteverket.
2. Last years tax document from skatteverket.
3. Letter of employment from employer.

Besides these documents, I explicitly wrote in the invitation document that I will be responsible for all their expenses including travelling, accommodation and food.

My parents got visas all the time without much hassle. Best of luck.
