Hej guys,

Where can I buy it in Stockholm? And not in an online store. Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance

Good thing I got venetian blinds in the middle, roller blinds inside and then curtains.
100% sunlight proof. I can't stand the damn sleep goggles, make me feel vulnerable, especially that I use ear plugs also.

How would I look with earplugs and sleep goggles? Deaf and blind, thieves could come and take everything from my house, have a party while they are at it, and I wouldn't even flinch.

The only thing missing are some mouth guards to prevent my screeching of the teeth while I sleep, then I would be mute also.

I block out the bedroom windows with thick cardboard cut precisely to each window pane and not a ray of light gets in !

doesn't look too pretty from the inside but it works ! It's the only way I can sleep in summer and works better than a mask for me

Well, I was not not really looking for window blinds, but thanks for letting me know. The cardboard seems a little extreme to me. I like my room to be sunny all day, just not at 4 or 5 a.m. I haven't got more than 5 hours of sleep every night for a week because of this!

@jan-petras, You made me laugh, thank you.

Many good hotels provide them to customers. Just go in and ask if you can buy one from them. Chances are they may even give you one for free.

Alternatively go to a health shop and ask there. All else failing the old cardboard trick works a treat and it is free.

p.s. you can remove the cardboard in the mornings. If you do it right it just wedges in the frame.

You can buy eye masks in the beauty sections of many supermarkets, at Åhlens, H&M sometimes, health stores, some pharmacies etc. They're pretty much everywhere, if you make a run through a mall you'll probably see them in 3 or 4 different stores. I've even seen them at IKEA before.

I have a window set-up like jan above though and think it's so much better than a mask. Venetian blinds are built-in to our windows (between the two panes of glass), on top of that we bought special light-blocking blinds that roll up and down and on top of those we have sheer, black curtains. It may seem like overkill, but it makes a huge difference and allows you to actually get a good night's sleep.

Having all the different window coverings is also helpful when it's warm out, you can allow air in and keep out the sun. The light-blocking blinds have a silver backing on them to help with this and it really makes a difference in how cool the room stays.

@skogsbo, The problem is that I move alot, so I need something like a sleep mask to have with me on the move. I don't have time or energy to go around and fit roller blinds, but thanks for the idea.
