Bostadsrätt and tax

Yearly tax to skatteverket?

I am wandering if someone live in bostadsrätt, does he need to pay any yearly tax or charge to skatteverket, if yes how much? how tax is calculated?

No. Only when you sell it. Anything small amount of property tax is part of your montly charge and then paid by the brf,
