The man called David seems like a little bit social, also he has a sense of fantasy and humor,
The girl called Shannon I assume that she's a teenage girl, those people don't like the way normal people speak.
Also she didn't thank the guy for the time he spent doing the poster for her and replying to her,
It's like he works for her father.
