I have to take a distant learning exm for college credit an I need a exam proctor who is affiliated with a library or university. I have looked around and have not found anything in Stockholm can anyone help.

Have you contacted Universities in or around Stockholm or the city library to see if they can help? Although many Universities and University Libraries are closed until mid August for the summer holidays

You could also contact your Embassy to see if they have any experience of providing examination proctors as there must be USA kids taking SATs etc while in Sweden.

It may be fairly expensive though as I doubt in these current economic times that any university or library would offer premises and staff time for free

When I did a course through the British Open University the exams were taken at Folkuniversitet in Stockholm - the OU rented a room there. But they provided their own proctor

I have tried to set up the testing location from the US but no response from the universities. The library said that they don't give exams. But that is a good idea to contact the embassy?

How much did the university charge for your exams?
