I'm doing some research on house rental and have become a little confused (tried searching but to no avail), I wonder if anyone can help?
I've seen that in some cases flat rental prices include utility (e.g. heating) costs. This is not something I'm used to and wonder if this is typical? I suspect for those of you living in Sweden already the answer will be obvious. Many thanks to anyone who can help. |

Almost always in an apartment the heating and water are covered by the BRF (housing association) as part of the monthly fee that is paid.
Normally you pay the electricity separately, but almost always heating and water will be included. This is true even if you buy an apartment, so yes I almost always will the rent include both heating and water (but not electricity). |
