Why should the Swedish government help you - you are not their problem as *you* told them to get your visa
- either that you were a tourist with enough money for your stay
- or that you were granted a UT as you have work/money to support yourself already arranged

Why not go to your Embassy for a loan to get home? isn't that what Consular assistance is for?

You could turn yourself in for the pub window and then you will get home as sweden will deport you - of course you will find it hard to move anywhere ever again
