Having seen the video, and listened to his ranting, it is easy to understand why people talk about the 'goddamned yanks' although his education went clearly over the top of his head. He definitely belongs back in the US since he pollutes the very air he breathes, and we can do without his trolling over here. I sometimes think that the moderators don't understand what is being said, and often believe that obscenities in other languages (even English) are OK.
Hence the allowance of some of the worst outbursts seen in print.
Swedes have little comprehension as to the obnoxious nature of obscenities in other languages, and in consequence treat them often as 'everyday language' much to the disgust of countrymen from other lands.
You can't blame them for their naivety, it is second nature to them. Hence the lack of reaction when they hear, see, or even use foreign obscenities that people from other countries abhor. They think it is both clever and OK. Also, Swedish obscenities nowadays are so frequently used by all and sundry that the quality of the language has gone down quite a few degrees as a result.
