Yes she applied for renewal (i.e permanent permit) some months ago but her man has asked MV to cancel it. She hasn't done any interview with MV.

She should not be sleeping rough - she can get short term help while her visa case is sorted out - she has a right to share the assets of the marriage and in some cases the husband will be required to support her for a period

The Swedish Association of Women's shelters may be able to give her a bed for the night and advice and tell you whether you are entitled to legal aid/rättshjälp - perhaps they can even point you to a local lawyer
