Residency Card Asked for at Skavsta

Has Anyone Else Experienced This?

I've had a PUT for years, in my passport. Am I supposed to get one of the residency cards now? If yes, shouldn't MV have notified people?

Sticker permits inside passports are still valid, you may show it when asked for residence card. You will get a card when you renew it.
