One mans scandal! is another mans daily business
 ...You haven't even touched the tip of the iceberg yet  ...just look back into the past decades, and everywhere you see civilian planes sold to certain nations ... it was followed up later with upgrade kits to weaponise them to get around bans on selling military aircraft. The most intersting thing in all of these events is not what they did, but how...
