Hey everyone,

i probably need a women's doctor in Sweden to get either a Nuvaring (contraceptive vaginal ring) or a Gynefix (a new IUD); but i don't have a gyn here. So it would be awesome if someone knows a drop in (or: I need the appointment soon) gyn in Stockholm.
I don't need someone who talks for hours, i have a lot of checks already done in my homecountry, but since I new moved to Sweden and found the guy of my life but didn't yet needed any contraceptives, I should see a gyn, i think.

And do you know about costs, also btw?

Normally you don't visit a gyn for contraception in Sweden

Contraception for women is a job for the community midwife (barnmorska) found in most healthcare centres (vårdcentral) under MVC (modravårdcentral) - they advice and prescribe contraception and fit certain types

If you are under 25 then many people go to the kommun youth clinic in their area that deals with contraception as well as sex, relationship and mental health issues - there is a list of addreesses on their website

Yes - you can get a prescription from a community midwife, GP or youth clinic
