Ordering Swedish Ale to UK

Hey,

Its coming up to Xmas and me and my brother often exchange Real ales from wherever we currently live as a sort of tradition. Now its my first year of living in Sweden and I'm trying to get some Ale sent back home through the post but I have no idea how to do it without paying a ridiculous amount for postage from the post office.

Ideally I would order from the brewery itself or perhaps sent from Systembolaget is this possible?

I don't know of anyone wanting to send ale OUT of Sweden.

Well, one of the top rated beers in the world is from Sweden. It was #1 for some time, but I think it has dropped off a little now. Certainly the exception rather than the rule though.
