Hi, I am 35 years old guy looking for any temporary(or permenent) job in and around gothenburg. I am interested in any kind of job, I have been working in hospital ,distributing center,Mc Donalds, and in a big food store back home in uk.i I am EU citisent, speaking English and persian very well, and I have full driving licence , I am punctual and take my work seriously. I am currently studying Swedish and I am at the beginner level, but that is of course not enough to get employed easily in Sweden, hence I am looking for English speaking jobs.
Please give me some advice if you know any employers who might be interested? I know it is a little naive to ask on the internet forums, but it couldn't hurt ,(i send me privet messege if possible, many many thanks |

Hi Mike,
I feel for you but sorry I have no leads for you. Not sure that you will get any leads here either as there a few more posters in a similar position. It may help if you divulge any qualifications or trades you have. It is incredibly hard to get work here unless you have a specialist skill set or speak the language reasonably well. Some in your situation often have no other choice than seek work on the black market but this has many pitfalls and risks associated with it. There are many posts on the forum here of black-employees not getting paid or treated bad. Apart from sending out Cv's, calling into businesses and continuing to learn the language there is not a lot that you can do. You may consider if you can be eligible for some support for training or education (meaning trade)... |
