Anyone else had trouble with SuperStarMobile? I have used them for some time without problem. But at the beginning of December I tried three times to top up my phone. Each time I got an error message. However when I got my Mastercard bill I saw that I had been debited 100 SEK for each of the failed attempts. Since then the SuperStar web-site has been inaccessible and their customer service almost impossible to contact (on the occasions that I have managed to get through they have said that technical problems prevented them from solving the problem). So what gives? I'd rather like my money back!
