Mailing and postage fees?

I have some pacages i would like to send to South Africa and was wondering what would be the cheapest way to do so and where do i go?

Just write the address on the package and leave it outside your door. The postman will pick it up and take care of the rest - it's very efficient as with everything else in Sweden.
