Hello,
We are thinking of moving to Sweden for a multitude of reasons but cannot find anywhere info on how this type of icome is taxed compared to someone who is employed. We'd get residence from my wife's job or her getting accepted into a PhD program. However my job is a day trader of different markets and need to know if Commodities are taxed differently than short term equities like here in the use where there is a 60/40 rule. 60% tax at long term capital gains and 40% short term capital gains which makes it significantly beneficial here in the US to trade commodities over stocks. Any advise or contacts would be greatly appreciated. Scott |
