(edit title) Where to make a complain for bad service? OrthoCenter Clinic in malmö Options

Hi,

I have a normal Swedish insurance and I was going last year to Capio Clinic in Malmö, but due I was not recovering well from my back problems I decide to make a visit to a private clinic and I found OrthoCenter, unfortunately I was not having the correct attention, they could not find my appointment in the system and make me wait for around 1 hour, and I got the impression that the doctor was not the correct one, he told me he was a specialist in surgery for leg injuries even when I ask for a doctor that can check for back problems when I did the appointment by phone.
In summary no serious check was done for my problem, only a blood test and ask to come back with X rays, but I decided not to go back due the bad service.
But I need to say that the invoice bill was on time!!, the question is if I need to file a complain directly with the private clinic
or there is another way/state bureau/or something like that where I can do it.

You can make a complaint, but I doubt it will make much difference. This is Sweden, where excellence and hard work take a backseat to general mediocrity.
