I was scammed over a property in Sweden. It went to court and a settlement accepted. Can I name the scammers. Give their email addresses on scamdex? In other words let the world know what and how. It involved forged signatures on sales documents, lies, miss leading advert, and a loss of my pension pot.

Sometimes court records become public and can even be found online. Are the records of the judgement sealed?

The preliminary hearing harnosand 5/12. I have the settlement doc. Signed by me and defendant. She admitted forging ex boyfriend's signature. But the scam was selling a summer house to a uk resident as suitable for all round living! So complicated. Settlement covered my legal fees and that is it!

You have to ask yourself, is it really worth it?
While you may be wanting to do the right thing .... maybe its inevitable.

And that based on judicial system in Sweden and what is considered legal or not, that irrespective of your moral views - by looking out for others it could put you in a position that is unfair.

And that morals also need to look after the victim (yourself).
If I was you, if you got a settlement ... move on with the knowledge your heart is in the right place.

And protection, whether you like it or not is the responsibility of the state.
