Wondering if some can help with personal experience of both Lund and Malmo areas. In terms of rental prospective which area is better??

Apartments are hard to rent in terms of the Swedish rent laws but what about house?? House seems don't have monthly rental cost to the municipality but why is it less popular among the Swedes?

My background, I was in Lund for my Phd and fall in love with the town. Thinking of moving but with four little children we still deciding. We own several but to let properties in London and looking our options in Lund or Malmo.

Can someone share their expertise please...

Thanks in advance.
