Dragon Gate

Dragon Gate

Driving along the E4 motorway past Uppsala north of Stockholm, you come across a building that seems oddly out of place. It is a Chinese culture centre called Dragon Gate, which boasts a museum, a restaurant, and even free martial arts classes, but the five floors of hotel rooms above are not yet open to the public. The construction has been interrupted a number of times and no one quite knows what’s going to become of the huge Chinese structure in the middle of the Swedish woods.
