As part of our ongoing expansion we are seeking talented and experienced media sales professionals for our online advertising sales in Sweden.

You will be joining at the best possible moment. Sales and traffic are growing fast, we have backing from one of Sweden's most solid investors, and after five years The Local is an established brand but still a young business.

On top of a basic salary we offer a great income potential through our uncapped sales commission structure and the opportunity to make a real name for yourself in the Swedish media world.

Responsibilities

Expanding The Local's customer base with small and large deals through telephone and face-to-face sales
Managing direct customer relationships, including monitoring delivery and reporting back to clients
Seeking new business opportunities

Requirements

Proven media sales experience, preferably online
Familiarity with all aspects of online media
Contacts book packed with media buyers
Ability to work independently
Confidence to participate in senior-level meetings
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed
Customer service attitude
Fluency in German or Swedish and English
