All aspects of Swedish history are explored at the Museum of National Antiquities. The museum strives to bring together archaeology, art history, and cultural history from each major epoch, from the Neolithic period to the Middle Ages. There are also special exhibitions including gold and climate. Using modern storytelling techniques, the museum displays archaeological findings alongside artwork, clothing and tools to explain the structure of a society. The well-thought-through structure lends itself particularly well to school classes.
