Sony Ericsson recently organised a design competition in China, and found a new design that they may be interested in launching, reported Expressen on Friday.

The phone fits inside a ring that you can put on your finger and it works with voice recognition and you can pull out a microphone attached to a thin cable inside the ring. This means that when you speak you'll be holding your hand over the microphone and you will automatically block out all background noise, explained Expressen.

"If there's a target group for this then there's nothing stopping us from producing a phone that looks a ring", claimed Peter Bodor, Press Officer at Sony Ericsson.
