Seven kilos of dynamite has been found in refuse dump in Karlstad, reported Aftonbladet on Monday. Workers on the site found 57 sticks of explosive dough in a plastic bag.

"It seemed it was put there so that it could be found," said the police in Karlstad.

The dynamite did not have light fuses and was not of any threat to the workers, but the incident has been reported to the police as a "breach of explosive goods and fire hazards regulations", said Aftonbladet.
