Chemists are planning to offer a 24 hour telephone help line for people who want to quit smoking, reported Aftonbladet on Wednesday.

There will be specially trained counsellors at the other end of the line helping with any advice that smokers may need. The reason for the advice line is the excess of available drugs and other products to stop smoking, which is apparently confusing smokers.

"The advisors will help people through the jungle of nicotine plasters and chewing gums", reported Aftonbladet.
