“Two days” to buy commercial property in Sweden

World Bank survey of 145 countries reveals that it is easy to buy a commercial property in Sweden, with it taking just two days to complete a transaction. Sweden ranked second after Norway while Croatia came last where, according to the survey, it takes 956 days to complete such a transaction.

Alfa Laval under pressure

Industrial group Alfa Laval reports an 8 per cent increase in sales year-on-year and net operating profit of SKr 1.7 billion for 2004. However, the weak US dollar and other currency effects affected the result negatively to the tune of SKr 322 million.
