Swedish consumer confidence falls

(AFX) - The Swedish consumer confidence indicator fell to 6.5 in April from 10.7 in March, the National Institute of Economic Research (KI) said.

“Household expectations were noticeably gloomier in April. The Consumer Confidence Indicator (CCI) fell to 6.5, its lowest level since May of last year,” the institute said.

Household expectations dipped both for their expectations for the Swedish economy, and for their expectations for personal finances.
