The new phones from the Swedish-Japanese company include the S600, which features a radio, an MP3 player, and a camera for both still pictures and videos.
At the other end of the market is the J210, which the company says is an “uncomplicated” product for those who use their mobile mainly for talking and for sending text messages.
Another model, the Z520, is aiming at the style-conscious, with what the company calls a “soft, designed shell”. The company said in a press release that the phone is “adapted for an active lifestyle, both social and professional.”
The fourth telephone is the K608i 3G phone.
“These are four models that will further strengthen our product offering,” Per Alksten, Sony Ericsson’s product marketing manager for the Nordic region, told The Local.
“They are a good complement to our existing products,” added Alksten.
The phones will all go on sale later in 2005.
