Danish bank buys Skandia Mäklarna

Danske Bank AS said it has acquired the Swedish real estate business Skandia Mäklarna for an undisclosed sum.

Skandia Mäklarna is among the largest real estate groups in Sweden, employing 300 people, it said.

“The new cooperation is a further strengthening of Danske Bank’s distinctive profile in the housing area and a sound foundation for further growth in the Swedish market,” said Mats Torstendahl, director at Danske Bank in Sweden.
