A 2 year old boy had a miraculous escape when he fell in front of an express train in Svartvik, south of Sundsvall, on Monday.

The boy's father had not noticed that he had disappeared from the house and found his way onto the railway line. The driver of the X2000 train saw the boy but was not able to stop it in time.

But the powerful forward wind drag of the train swept the 2 year old out of the way. When the boy was found, he just had a few small scratches on his forehead to show for his experience, said the local paper, Sundsvalls Tidning.
