Christmas at Skansen

Christmas at Skansen is a whole month of events and celebrations – from the opening up of the first Christmas market until the fireworks at New Year´s Eve. Besides shopping at the market – where you will be able to buy traditional sausages, cheeses, handicrafts, spices and essences, Christmas decorations and masses of other irresistible items – there will be craft demonstrations and live music in some of the buildings.

There you can also find the tables set for Christmas dinner. Try the dancing games around the Christmas tree and make your own Christmas decorations in the Christmas workshop. There are Christmas menus at our restaurants and you can buy a Christmas tree for your home by the main entrance. Christmas all over the place, in other words.

The Christmas market will be held on three weekends, 26/27 November, 3/4 and 10/11 December.

See the full Christmas programme for more details or phone 08-442 80 00.
