New majority shareholder for Ticket

Icelandic company Fons is the new majority shareholder in the Swedish travel agency chain Ticket, with 11.99% of the shares. On December 30th Fons bought the holding, which consists of 2.1 million shares, according to a company announcement.

Nove Capital has sold 1.5 million shares in Ticket, which represents 8.7% of capital and votes, and no longer has a stake in the firm.
