Man falls from sixth floor - and survives

A man in his 20s has survived after falling from the sixth floor of a building in the Hisingen area of Gothenburg.

The incident happened at about 2am on Sunday. The man plummeted directly into the street in Brunnsbo but miraculously was not killed by the impact.

He was taken to Sahlgrenska hospital in Gothenburg where, on Sunday morning, the press officer reported that he had serious injuries but his condition is stable.

Police do not suspect any criminal activity and described the incident as an accident.
