Swedish tourist stabbed in Sydney

A Swedish tourist has been stabbed in Sydney, Australia, police there have said.

A report in the Sydney Morning Herald said that the 21-year old was stabbed in the head and back in a suburb of the city.

The report said he was taken to Sydney's Royal Prince Alfred hospital, where he was in a stable condition. A youth is being questioned by police, the paper said.
