Man killed in hospital

A 60-year old man found dead at St Göran's hospital in Stockholm is believed to have been murdered by a 26-year old fellow patient, it has been reported.

The dead man was found in his room in the hospital's psychiatric section on 9th April, Expressen writes. Shortly afterwards the younger man was arrested on suspicion of murder.

The 26-year old had previously been convicted of assault and making illegal threats, and ordered to be kept in a secure psychiatric institution.

The hospital has reported the incident to the National Board of Health and Welfare.
