An expedition to find Swedish adventurer Tomas Olsson, missing on Mount Everest's north face, set out on Saturday morning Swedish time.

The operation is expected to take between two and four days. Olsson went missing after a fall during his descent on Tuesday.

The team is expected on Saturday to reach a British army camp at 5,800 metres, a couple of kilometres from the search area.
