Doping ring busted in Stockholm

A major doping ring has been revealed in the Stockholm area, it has been reported. Among the suspects rounded up by police is a top sportsman, who is alleged to have been involved in the supply of anabolic steroids across the country.
Last Tuesday and Wednesday police raided around ten addresses in the Stockholm county, reported Aftonbladet on Sunday. A massive quantity of drug preparations were confiscated by officers.
"It's a very big seizure," said the head of the investigation, Ronnie Jacobsson, to the paper.
Two people suspected of being at the centre of the operation are in police custody. In total, some 30 people are suspected of involvement in the network.
