Swede killed in Iraq

A 30-year-old Swedish man working for a British security firm was killed in a bomb blast early on Saturday morning in Iraq, Sweden's Foreign Ministry said Wednesday.

The ministry said the firm, Genric Ltd., was taking care of the man's body and would transport it back to Sweden. The company has also contacted the dead man's family.

The company was not available for contact Wednesday morning.

The ministry did not know where in Sweden the man was from.
