Among Social Democrats, only 26 percent on the parliamentary list have a university education. But they have the highest earnings, with an average income of 370,610 kronor. That compares to the Moderates’ average income of 364,789 kronor, according to Dagens Nyheter’s research.
The best-educated representatives are to be found on the Green Party’s parliamentary lists. 55 percent of them went to university, although their average income is only 263,074 kronor per year.
Among the Moderates 41 percent have a university education. That compares to 47 percent among the Liberals, 34 percent in the Centre Party and 35 percent in the Left Party.
