Bans on smoking are nothing new, but a hospital in southwest Sweden has decided to really put its foot down.

Not only has the Borås hospital decided to prohibit employees from smoking while on shift and while wearing work clothes, it has said strong perfumes are no longer allowed.

The hospital board decided in April that strong smells can irritate patients with asthma, allergies or those who are extra sensitive to strong smells, reports Göteborgs-Posten. Even flowers are advised against.
