Schibsted snaps up online TV guide

Scandinavian media giant Schibsted has become the majority owner in the web site, which is said to be Sweden's most popular online television guide.

Schibsted bought 51 percent of the shares in the holding company TVNU Sweden AB from its founder Thomas Meivert and has an option to buy the rest of the company.
