Richard Gere to sell cheap Swedish clothes

He may never have heard of Swedish budget clothing chain Kapp-Ahl - still less bought any of their garments - but actor Richard Gere is to front the company's new advert.
Gere will be the third Hollywood star to feature in the Kapp-Ahl ads, following in the footsteps of Goldie Hawn and Dustin Hoffman. He will star in the ads alongside fellow American Kathleen McNenny, an actress with Swedish roots.
The star of Pretty Woman and Chicago said he would donate part of his fee to a healthcare project in the developing world.
