This bar has three different rooms for guests to choose from: a large hall, a fine dining room, and a bar. With dark wood decor and lit with candles, guests at Pelikan can quietly socialize and sip a beer, or have a traditional Swedish meal in the dining room. Their cliental is truly a mix - expect to see patrons from young 20-somethings to senior citizens - as the bar is a Södermalm staple that people of all ages like to enjoy. If you arrive in time for dinner, try their home-cooked meals like meatballs, pickled herring or knuckle pork; after your meal migrate to the bar where you can enjoy a laid-back evening with drinks and good company. See www.pelikan.se/sidor/kristallen.htm for more information and menu.
