Ask an expat in Sweden why they're here and you'll often hear "for love". But that's not always the case. In fact, there are many different types of expat in Sweden, from the geneaology digger to the faux-Swede. But which type are you?
Long after the last Viking dragged his final conquest back to the fair and freezing shores of Scandinavia, foreigners are still finding themselves in Sweden.
And while you may think these expats are all partly frozen love-refugees, you may just be in for a surprise.
