Anyone who's dined out in Stockholm knows it's not a cheap city. But how does the cost of living compare to other big cities?

Chances are it's not as bad as you think.

"I can afford a much higher quality of life in Stockholm than I could in Paris or London," says Nils, a Swede who has spent plenty of time living abroad.
