The Local _ International affairs _ Want To Bet Fresno Lecturer Maischak Won't Return

Posted by: Model T Ford 19.Apr.2017, 12:51 PM

Claimed it was necessary to save American democracy.

A lecturer usually doesn't have tenure, so his being put on leave with salary until the end of the school year means he won't be back.

I certainly think the same because Trump is a traitor,

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 19.Apr.2017, 02:11 PM

Who did TheDonald betray???

Posted by: Model T Ford 19.Apr.2017, 02:27 PM

The USA by working with Putin's hackers to get himself elected at Hillary's expense.

Russia is an enemy which the Agency's Rick Ames, the Bureau's Robert Hansen, et al. worked with to prevent armageddon occurring after Palme was assassinated.

At least they risked going to prison for life by preventing us from becoming nuclear ash.

Trump hasn't paid anything for his crimes.

TheDonald is a highly intelligent man...What's wrong with playing "the game" with the political establishment and winning???

Hillary would have slept withe the Devil...and then lie about it to win!!!

Up The Donald...

"Ya gotta believe"!!!

Just an apologist for a traitor.

Alluding to the claims of Cathy O'Brien in The Trancefornmation of America to justify the winning abuse of the election system by a foreign power aka treason.

In your views about the world, anything goes, even the laws.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 19.Apr.2017, 04:36 PM

You losers are still looking for excuses to soothe the deep embarrassment of your loss of dignity (which you never had) and use name calling to justify it!!!

Face the facts you got your behind kicked in that election!!!

Yahoo, yippee, I'm so happy!!! laugh.gif

Posted by: Model T Ford 19.Apr.2017, 04:52 PM

How can you lose something you never had? laugh.gif

And I am out of here one of these days, and you loons are still left with the mess.

Any happiness will be most short lived.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 19.Apr.2017, 05:08 PM

Don't go!!! Stay!!!

The rapture awaits those that believe in TheDonald, of all people you are the one that the term "ya gotta believe" was used for your theories...

Believe in TheDonald and you will be forgiven for being so very wrong about almost anything you have ever published here...

You can do it...

It's not hard...

C'mon...

Posted by: Model T Ford 19.Apr.2017, 05:25 PM

I am talking about dying, not leaving this site.

And I am not saying this for any sympathy, just stating facts.

We all have to go sometime. I have had a good life, and am ready.

Unlike Senator Lindsay Graham, who I thought had a modicum of sense, stating that he doesn't mind a big war "over there", as if a big one won't be "over here' too..

Wonder if he still believes in the "yellow peril"?

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 19.Apr.2017, 05:38 PM

That final line warms the cockles of my heart...

The Democrats guaranteed that ongoing fear by tying the hands of a great military commander...

If Harry Truman did not fire General MacArthur and ignore his plans and advice for ending the Korean conflict, none of what's happening today would mean there really is a case of "yellow peril" rampant in the world today!!!

Posted by: Model T Ford 21.Apr.2017, 12:17 PM

Right, Truman should have allowed General MacArthur to send China back to the Stone Age with LeMay's nukes rather than leaving it to us,

It's called the White Peril!

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 21.Apr.2017, 01:23 PM

That's the best kind!!!

Posted by: Model T Ford 21.Apr.2017, 01:33 PM

Says you, the cozy little kind is some backwoods.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 21.Apr.2017, 02:34 PM

Do unto others as they would do unto you...But, do it first!!!

Posted by: Model T Ford 21.Apr.2017, 06:31 PM

You are just a cheerleader behind the White Peril.

Posted by: Bsmith 21.Apr.2017, 11:09 PM

And what, MTF, is your vision for the world? Please share. I am always anxious to hear from those who have it all figured out.

Posted by: Model T Ford 22.Apr.2017, 12:09 PM

I certainly don't have it all figured out, as I indicated by saying that we are at a crossroads.

If the Us and its allies decide to denuclearize Borth Korea overtly or covertly, we shall have a devastating world war.

If we try to do it peacefully through give and tske instead of just firing up hatred, we shall survive.

For better understanding of the problems, read Mike Whitney's article on CounterPunch about Washington not North Korea being the threat.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 22.Apr.2017, 12:40 PM

We are at war with North Korea, there is only a cease fire/armistice in effect...So the threat of war is moot...

However the use of weapons, or weapons escalation is what we face...we would be fools to allow the North Koreans to develop weapons that could reach our shores...

The best defense is a crippling offense that will destroy North Korea's nuclear ambitions...

Posted by: Model T Ford 22.Apr.2017, 12:55 PM

North Korea already has at least atomic bombs.

You are just suggesting that it uses them on others, possibly the USA too.

It's known as mindless war-mongering.

Posted by: Model T Ford 22.Apr.2017, 01:31 PM

See that the continuing violent struggle over the control of Afghanistan has resulted in at least 140 of its soldiers being killed, as payback for dropping "the mother of all bombs" on Al-Qaeda and its associates.

So much for war being the solution.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 22.Apr.2017, 02:17 PM

OK...So we just surrender and let North Korea occupy our country???

Posted by: Model T Ford 22.Apr.2017, 02:59 PM

There are kinds of conditions between armageddon and surrender, like managing the status quo.

The North Koreans are not planning to attack, and invade anyoe.

KJU is a nutcase. No telling what he will do. Right now it is a tense cat and mouse game involving the US and China. I am hoping that China can reign Un in but they may not be willing to unless they believe we are on the verge of war.

Posted by: Model T Ford 24.Apr.2017, 12:29 PM

And Trump is even a bigger nut case, counting on the latest Paris attack making Marie le Pen French President.

She is finished because the French are much more informed than the Americans who still support US might no matter what the problem.

The North Koreans, who suffered 3,000,000 deaths, a third of its population, during the American bombing campaign during the early 1950s, know that nuclear weapons are their only defense, and are willing to put up with signifiant sacrifices to get them.

China can never get them to do away with them, so I imagine the loud-mouthed Yanks will have to do it.

FYI: The Korean War was a United Nations "police action"...

The USA was left holding the bag as it were, because everybody else bugged out!!!

Police action...war...semantics. There hasn't been a war, in my opinion, that the US should have been involved in since WW2. Just think how much better off the US and the world would be if that had been the case.

Guess that's why loony Trump is inviting the Security Council to the White House to jaw-bone.

He hopes to get voting members like the UK, US and France to persuade the 10 non-voting members like Egypt, Japan, Italy, Senegal, Kayzakstan et al. to go along with another UN police action when it comes to Washington's invasion force of North Korea.

The UN is just the US poodle, but it will still be left holding the bag if there is military action.

It's the biggest terrorist force on the planet.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 24.Apr.2017, 05:11 PM

The US has killed too many of it's people in Asian political wars that we did not want to win... angry.gif

We have been humiliated and disgraced by our politicians that did not allow us to achieve victory on OUR terms!!!

They should have listened to MacArthur!!!

Posted by: Model T Ford 24.Apr.2017, 05:43 PM

You keep citing MacArthur, and the losses America has unnecessarily suffered, not its opponents too which have been monumental.

The most relevant comment that the General ever said is that war is not a means for settling international conflict, though you keep calling for it as the only solution for almost anything..

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 24.Apr.2017, 05:53 PM

Speak softly, and carry a big stick...

We have spoken softly to no avail...It's time to use the stick!!!

Posted by: Model T Ford 25.Apr.2017, 01:03 PM

Ike when he was elected POTUS told North Korea to accept an armistice to the Korean War or he would drop "the mother of all bombs" on them.

Some speaking softly after American bombs had decimated the country!

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 25.Apr.2017, 03:18 PM

But they did accept and we didn't lose anymore people!!!

Posted by: Model T Ford 25.Apr.2017, 10:25 PM

But now we demand nuclear victory, risking great losses again to North Korea who don't have any serious weapons, juist mockups.

It;s called picking a fight you know you can win.
