Hi everyone,
I currently reside in Canada, but am an EU citizen. I have been interested in Sweden for many years, and am at the point where moving there could become a reality - I am looking to study at Malm
Aged 26, you will not be a mature student in Sweden.
Apartmentwise, depends what you're looking for and what your budget is. You should probably be looking for shared accommodation if you are going to be on a budget of what you can earn with a part-time job.
What your chances of fnding a job are mostly depends on what you're willing to do. Pretty sure you should have no problem finding cleaning and babysitting gigs paid per hour.
Thank you for your reply.
I would be looking for a bachelor/studio (if such a thing exists in Sweden) or a one bedroom apartment. I could be open to shared accommodation but would prefer my own place. My budget is somewhat flexible, but as a student I am trying to be as frugal as I can! Do you have any recommend sites I could have a look at?
Also, are there any standard sites I can look at for job postings? In Canada we use a website called Craigslist that posts classifieds and job postings, is there something similar? I'm guessing it would probably be best for me to apply in person once I am over there.
Thank you again for your assistance.
