After reading a few food topic's on here it's got me thinking, what is a good Swedish food that I can make that's easy for someone who hasn't done a lot of cooking before? smile.gif

Is there a Swedish equivalent for mash potato, sausages and gravy for example? But it doesn't have to be that simple tongue.gif

Can be something sweet as well like a desert or along that line

Thanks all

woops, I never saw that other article about Good Swedish recipes so forgive me for making a new one, though if you still want to help, please do so smile.gif
