Disappointed with dinner

In many ways Its the same as drawing a picture...
You can have a perfectly good vision of what you wish to achieve and some times you realize as you tuck in that you created what you set your goals on and disappointment sets in.

But with drawings I dont mind, as regardless how sh*t I am at it I can always rub out a section and get to where I want with enough vision and patients.

Whereas cooking its a 1 stop shot... with a disappointment for your dinner, lunch or breakfast (delete as applicable)

Disappointed with my meals? Hardly, no matter what the scumbags around the world do, whether it's a new earthquake, a coup, or some new, unreported ripoff, my menu is always that of a Michelin restaurant.

had a rather fantastic batch of crumpets for breakfast this weekend,my first attempt.

I had a friend round for dinner.

I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti.
